My name is Alana, Chief Confessor & Creative Provocateur. I help creatives and entrepreneurs take the ideas they can’t stop thinking about and turn them into something real.

I’ve spent over twenty years working in consulting, strategy, and implementation, inside complex organizations, alongside founders, executives, artists, and visionaries. I’ve seen how ideas stall. I’ve watched smart, capable people burn out, contort themselves to fit systems that were never designed for them, or abandon what matters most in the name of “making it work.”

This work grew out of that tension.

Alongside consulting, I spent years teaching yoga and Reiki in studios, schools, private sessions, and unexpected places, from NYC to, LA, Denver, and abroad. I even taught at Burning Man. What stayed with me was not just the modality, but the practice of presence. Learning how to listen. Learning how to feel when something is aligned and when it isn’t. That sensibility now lives at the center of everything I build.

My work sits at the intersection of creativity, structure, and truth. My motto: Integrity over everything. I am not interested in hustle culture, hollow productivity, or selling people a version of success that requires abandoning themselves. I am interested in helping people build meaningful work, offerings, and businesses that can actually hold them.

This is a digital studio and creative education space. It’s where I write, teach, and experiment in public. Where I explore what it means to create without conditions while still engaging honestly with money, systems, and sustainability. Where creatives and entrepreneurs come to think more clearly, move more deliberately, exercise non-conformity, and build from the inside out.

I offer creative pathways and programs designed for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want to shape meaningful work without flattening themselves into a brand or a formula. There are no shortcuts here. Just thoughtful guidance, lived experience, and a deep respect for the vision, intelligence, and complexity of the humans I get to work with.

I’m also a writer (adventure with me over on Substack), a lifelong seeker, a lover of words, poetry, live music, long conversations, and well-placed questions. Ask me anything. Curiosity is king!
